Where Do Your Products Ship From?

Nurse Gifts Gallery partners with global merchants, manufacturers and designers worldwide to provide high quality unique product designs at the best prices.  We process your orders within 1-3 business days, and then your order is shipped direct from our partner warehouses located throughout North America, Asia and Europe.  All Products Have the Estimated Delivery Times Included in the Description on the Product Page.  Items Shipped From Our USA Warehouses typically take 1-3 weeks for delivery. Items Shipped From Our Overseas Partner Warehouses Order Processing and Shipping times typically take 2-4 weeks for delivery.

When Will I Receive My Order?

This depends on the product ordered, warehouse location and destination country.  All Products Have the Estimated Delivery Times Included in the Description on the Product Page.  Items Shipped From Our USA Warehouses typically take 1-3 weeks for delivery. Items Shipped From Our Overseas Partner Warehouses Order Processing and Shipping times typically take 2-4 weeks for delivery.  Please Note, for international orders shipped outside the U.S.A. we are not responsible for your specific country’s custom charges or taxes.

Will I Be Able to Track My Order?

Yes, after your order is processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email with tracking information.

Please Note: In order for us to get the items to you as fast as possible some items may be shipped in separate packages.

What is Your Return and Exchange Policy? 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact our customer service department within 30 days of receiving your item to arrange an exchange or return.  If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags and labels.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please Note: Shipping and Handling Fees are Non-Refundable, and there are No Refunds on Free Plus Shipping Items.

A customer service representative will then contact you to provide return approval and a (REQUIRED) Return Merchandise Authorization Code *RMA#) and instructions.
